I’m Natalie and I’m 23 years old. I have worked for Countrywide Mortgage Services since April 2005.

I joined the company without any previous financial services knowledge but with the intensive training programmes within the company I have quickly progressed to being a senior mortgage consultant. I now have a company car and am earning more than double what I was at my old job as a lettings manager. This has allowed to me to visit Australia and I have recently bought my own house.

I thrive off the fact that you control your own income – the more work you put in, the more you are rewarded for it. I admire the fact that the company only promotes from within and am looking forward to furthering my career over the coming years.
