been established in the Cotswold area for many years.
Our expansion into Gloucestershire and in particular
into the north Cotswolds area took place largely in
the early 1990’s. The company expanded to a network
of over 20 offices in the mid 90’s and became
firmly established as the largest estate agent in the
Cotswolds.
This expansion followed the acquisition of the company
by Countrywide plc from previous owners the Nationwide
Building Society. Our network of offices is now uniquely
placed to provide the widest possible marketing of any
property right across the whole Cotswold area. We pride
ourselves on providing the largest network of branch
offices throughout the Cotswold region exclusively.
Therefore the marketing of homes, from the smallest
rural cottage to the largest country mansion, is now
uniquely serviced by our strong marketing network.
