During your first six months with us you will receive our induction programme. During this probationary period, we will work closely with you helping you settle in to what is an enjoyable but, nonetheless, demanding role, by ensuring that from day one we provide you with all of the coaching and training necessary to develop you to your full potential.

After successfully completing six months, you will be promoted to Sales Negotiator, provided with a company car and will have climbed the first step in your career. The qualities you will have shown are the very same ones, which will see you continue to climb.
