Training and coaching - the key to your personal development We are committed to a very extensive and ongoing training and development programme which is designed to help individuals grow both personally and professionally.

Initially, depending on the individual's qualifications, there is a four-week intensive training programme organised at a corporate level. This is supported locally by your Sales Manager to maximise your potential. In addition, your Sales Manager will ensure that training, coaching, development and support continues throughout your progression with the Company.

The training can take many formats, including:

	Self Study
	Training from Central Training Department
	Preparation for assessments
	Preparation for exams

The PDP will cover all aspects of a Consultant's day to day job role and plan their future development in their current role or towards a new role. The programme will cover training, assessments, monitoring and supervision to the levels that are deemed to be appropriate to each individual's needs.
