We are committed to a very extensive and ongoing training programme which is carried out at three levels: firstly, at company level by our dedicated Training Director at our training centre in Farnham, secondly at Regional level by our Regional Managers and finally at Branch level by our Branch Managers.

Each of our new starters receives an individually tailored training programme. This sets out all aspects of your training programme during your first six months with us, ensuring that you receive sufficient assistance and development to successfully complete your initial training period. After that, you will progress through our Bronze, Silver and Gold Training Certificates, in addition to many varied and useful courses that will boost your skills and help you to achieve your maximum potential within Mann Countrywide Thames Valley East.
