Our company training is carried out at our training centre in Farnham by our full time Training Director, Graham Hooper, who himself has well over thirty years experience within our industry.

The training is done on a modular basis, commencing with induction and continuing at regular intervals throughout your career, depending on your own level of Personal and Professional Development. The training that is provided is first class and regarded as the best in the industry.

It starts with our Bronze Certificate, and progresses through Silver and Gold. You will also be given many opportunities to attend courses to keep your skills right up to date and honed to the cutting edge that Mann Countrywide Thames Valley East requires.
