roles; letting negotiators, office administrators
property management negotiators and tenancy management
executives.
Candidates applying for a role as a negotiator
should be computer literate, well organised, have
a good area knowledge, a full UK driving license
and be able to thrive in a busy, target driven
environment.
For administrative roles we require 40 wpm typing,
good organisation skills, accuracy and the ability
to remain calm under pressure.
