are your primary concern.
To co-ordinate your actions
ensuring that you provide the highest standards
of customer care to Landlords and tenants, expediting
the matter and securing future recommendations and
referrals.
To integrate into a team
environment and to provide support to your colleagues
and manager.
To introduce landlords
and tenants to your insurance products..
To ensure that service standards
laid down by the company are met.
To achieve targets as agreed
with your manager.
To be familiar with all
systems, procedures and legislation.
To project a professional
image to the public and work colleagues.
To attend training sessions
and participate fully.
