| Our opening hours are Monday to
Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Saturdays 8.45am –
4.30pm. These hours of work are based on a five day week
and will be on a fixed rota basis, to be agreed with your
branch manager, with a maximum of one Saturday off per
calendar month. Rarely do any of our staff leave their
offices at 6.00pm on the dot, but rather when they have
achieved their daily objectives.
Our philosophy to hard work is simple. In itself it
will not lead to success, however it is one of the essential
pre-requisites of success within our company.
The ideal applicant is someone who is looking long
term to pursue a career rather than a job and is determined
to succeed. Nobody is perfect. However, you will need

This is not a "hire and fire" company.
We do not easily employ someone and once we make a commitment,
we do our utmost to keep our part of the bargain. We
have a certain standard and work ethos, which we will
do our utmost to equip you to meet. However, it is important
for you to recognise that in this company your success
is in your hands.
We consider our sales team to be the best in the industry
and work hard to make sure they are the best equipped
and most effective in each of our local marketplaces.

Industry experience is not required as full training is
provided, although we usually like to see a stable background
where applicants are able to illustrate achievement in
their careers and have not just drifted from one job to
another.
