There are a number of positions within CIS including Sales, Retention, Customer Service, Underwriting and General Administration.

If you want to be part of the CIS team you need:

	Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone.
	Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your work and work under pressure.
	To be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
	Previous industry experience is desirable, however it is not essential as full training will be given.
