| The first fortnight in this Company
can be quite frustrating because you are allowed to do
very little on your own initiative. At the end of this
initial ‘induction’ we hope to have given
you enough knowledge to begin the process of learning.
We aim to put you in a position to be dealing with
purchasers, and to be selling property from our portfolio,
quite quickly, under the close supervision of your Manager.
Every Manager has learned their business at Faron Sutaria,
and has established a track record in the Company prior
to being appointed a Manager. Each Manager understands
completely the difficulties that confront each trainee,
and has an exceptional perspective on the solutions
to solve problems that arise on a day to day level.
We operate in teams, and each member has the support
and contact with the Manager / Director that governs
their progress within the Company.
We hold exams in the relevant regulatory training to
ensure compliance with government legislation, and have
developed our own comprehensive training manual, through
which each Manager will guide the new recruit. |
