We deal with large numbers of people in busy and hectic environments. We spend a fortune every year on marketing through our own in house magazine, and through our web site where all properties for sale are featured with multiple photographs, floor plans, location maps and virtual tours. This information is also e-mailed immediately to all registered applicants with an e-mail address.

However, attention to detail and personal involvement with our clients is of paramount importance. We have a structured system of providing regular feedback and updates to our clients. A specialised team dedicated to Customer Care will research feedback from our clients, so we can constantly monitor and enhance the quality of our services.
