Key Responsibilities
Deal with initial customer enquiries establishing needs and offering appropriate services.
Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone
Conduct viewing appointments
Hit targets
Provide customer feedback to sellers
Sell positively our clients' homes.
Maintian company systems and procedures.
