It is our policy to promote

During your first three months with us you will attend
our in-house induction day at Yeovil at the earliest opportunity.
During your probationary period we will work closely with
you, helping you settle in to what is an enjoyable but,
nonetheless, demanding role, by ensuring that from day
one we provide you with all of the coaching and training
necessary to develop you to your full potential.
After successfully completing 12-18 months as a Trainee
Negotiator, you will be promoted to Sales Negotiator and
will have climbed the first step in your career. The qualities
you will have shown are the very same ones that will see
you continue to climb. |
