Starting with the Company
as a Negotiator you will become fully involved in
the whole of the sales process, providing customers
with a professional estate agency service and maximising
business opportunities for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Interview potential buyers,
identifying their property needs and potential business
opportunities.
Maintain contact with applicants,
matching suitable properties for them and arranging
viewing appointments.
Negotiate with potential
purchasers, ensuring that our vendor clients’
interests are our primary consideration
Manage the progression of
sales and ensure the highest possible standards
of customer service throughout any transaction.
Maintain a professional
and ethical approach in all your dealings with our
clients.
Offer the full range of
support services to clients and applicants, including
mortgage and conveyancing services
Meet sales targets and service
standards laid down by the Company.
