Estate Agents trades under two very respected brands:
in the Northern part, as Bairstow Eves, a long established
name with its origins in the South East and, in the Greater
Manchester, Warrington and Cheshire part, as Bridgfords,
established in the Manchester area in 1832, and now trading
from 50 Branches in two separate subsidiaries.
Under the Countrywide plc umbrella this strong grouping
of Estate Agencies with experienced management has grown
to be one of the most productive subsidiaries in the
country, a clear leader in our field.
Branches vary in size from large city centre showrooms
with very busy footfall to small suburban shops catering
to a local community.
