Each of our branch managers
has been trained to deliver professional coaching
on a day to day basis, primarily comprising observation,
feedback and demonstration. This has the benefit
of being carried out almost immediately after any
activity is actually performed, making it much more
meaningful. Your branch manager will provide a combination
of proactive and reactive coaching.
The manager will also deliver training to the
whole branch covering any specific topics that
have arisen, new initiatives, changes in legislation
or more general refreshers as needed. |
