On joining us you will immediately be placed on our
induction programme. This will introduce you to the
basics of estate agency and, most importantly, the Beresford
Adams approach to best practice and customer care.
Along with a thorough knowledge of the legislation
affecting our business, we will also ensure that you
have time to build your confidence in dealing with the
public, coaching and developing you through these early
weeks, giving you a solid foundation on which to build
your career.
Completion of the initial induction programme normally
takes around three months and, once signed off, you
will be promoted to sales negotiator – the first
step on the career path. |
