Key Responsibilities
To provide clients with mortgage advice specific to their needs, and provide advice on the most appropriate assurance and insurance protection available from mortgage lenders and the Friends Provident and AXA product ranges
.
To ensure all advice is given on the basis of a full and detailed fact-find, which complies with Company standards and the requirements of the Financial Services Authority, ensuring that all advice given is fully documented to Company Business Advice Standards

To achieve the sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
To be familiar with and make use of, all systems provided in the Estate Agency office to assist in generating business, using effective administration and follow up systems.
To refer, when appropriate, clients to our Company’s in house conveyancing business, Countrywide Property Lawyers, and generally support all parts of the Group’s business as appropriate.
To ensure that knowledge of the Point of Sale system is maintained and developed and that full and accurate use is made of the system.
To take all necessary steps to ensure a professional business relationship is maintained with the Estate Agency Staff. Taking a positive lead to develop the relationship with Estate Agency Staff in order to maximise Financial Services sales opportunities.
To ensure management information is provided on a timely basis and as required by line management.
To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
To maintain as individuals the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill and comply with both the Company Compliance requirements and those of the Financial Services Authority and all other related legislation.
To maintain competence in the role through participation in all remedial, refresher and development training. Maintain records of all training and development activities to Company standards.
