| You will be required to work a
5 ½ day week normally working every Saturday until
4pm depending upon the office staffing arrangements.
A typical day would start at 8:30am when you would
arrive at the office, grab a cup of coffee and prepare
for the morning meeting. We have a morning meeting every
day at approximately 8:45am to review the previous day's
business opportunities and plan today's activities.
Directly after your morning meeting, you have a short
one-to-one meeting with your branch manager to clarify
your objectives for the day and consolidate your action
plan.
Your first activity is to follow up the previous evening's
viewing appointments, gaining comments and feeding back
to our vendors. Your next priority will be to telephone
your applicants with the day's new properties, aiming
to achieve as many appointments to view as possible.
During the day you will have varied diary appointments
including canvassing and prospecting activities, all
this in addition to incoming telephone calls and visitors
to the office.
The atmosphere in our branches is one of a tough, dynamic
sales environment and one where rejection is commonplace,
therefore you will need to be very resilient.
