| We are committed to a very extensive
and ongoing training programme which is carried out at
three levels: firstly, at company level by our dedicated
training manager at our training centre in Leatherhead
secondly at area level by our directors and associates
and finally at branch level by our branch managers.
Each of our new starters receives our 'springboard'
training programme. This sets out all aspects of your
training programme during your first six months with
us, ensuring that you receive sufficient assistance
and development to successfully complete your initial
training period. Putting it simply, we make sure you
are looked after from day one. |
