and ongoing training and development programme which is
designed to help individuals grow both personally and
professionally.
Initially, depending on the individual's qualifications,
there is a four-week intensive training programme organised
at a corporate level. This is supported locally by our
training officer to maximise your potential. In addition,
your area manager will ensure that training, coaching,
development and support continues throughout your progression
with the Company.
