Bairstow Eves East Midlands was
formed in October 1994 when Countrywide plc took over
300 estate agency branches from the Nationwide Building
Society, 18 in the East Midlands Area. Very soon after
in early 1995 a further business, trading as Spencers
was acquired from the National and Provincial Building
Society, thus forming our subsidiary today
