We are committed to a very extensive and ongoing training programme, which continues throughout your career. You will attend your Personal Career Development, Level 1 (PCD 1) upon joining us. Your Manager will arrange for you to attend subsequent courses according to your development. The Personal Career Development programme comprises of five levels, taking you through to Management and beyond. Putting it simply, we make sure you are looked after from day one. In addition training is ongoing at branch level through our Branch and Regional Managers.

The competitive nature with which we expect you to continue throughout your career is encouraged from the beginning.
