Upon joining us you will attend the next available Personal Development Level 1 (PCD1) course. You will spend one full day a week, for four weeks at our Head Office being trained on all aspects of the business by our Managing and Regional Directors. Along side this training your Branch Manager and Estate Agency colleagues will work closely with you, providing you with all of the coaching and on the job training necessary to develop you to your full potential.

Upon achieving your first three month target, you will be promoted to Property Consultant Level 2 (PCD2) and will have climbed the first step in your career. The qualities you will have shown are the very same ones which will see you continue to climb.
