Training and coaching - the

Abbotts Countrywide take pride
in their hands-on approach to the training of residential
estate agency, with experienced Regional Managers conducting
coaching on a one-to-one basis, and with Office Managers
providing Mentor Support to ensure that individuals can
learn by example. Training is enhanced by the documented
structure of each new recruit’s own Record of Achievement
and Development pack (R.O.A.D), which contains comprehensive
guidance notes on every aspect of estate agency, from
the first day induction through to Senior Management.
Training modules are completed both in-house and at training
centres to allow individuals to benefit from the varied
experiences of colleagues and to encapsulate Team building
and other key skills.
