When I relocated to the Norfolk area, I was determined to find a job with excellent career prospects. Having met with Abbotts, I was impressed with their training and development structure and even more delighted when offered a job as a Sales Negotiator in King’s Lynn.

When I was promoted to the Ely office, I had the opportunity to become a Property Consultant, inspecting property and using my skills to talk to customers in their own homes.

It was a dream come true when I was appointed Manager of my home town, Downham Market, in December, 2005.

I am supported by an incredibly hardworking team. Through this dedication and commitment, Downham Market became the top Abbotts office in 2006. In addition we received a special award for outstanding sales throughout the year.

My performance in 2007 was recognised within the industry, as I was awarded a “Performing Excellence” award at the Archant Norfolk Property Awards.

Estate agency is an exciting industry and my progress has been made possible by the excellent training, development and support I receive at Abbotts.
