During your first twelve months with us you will receive a variety of training, including Induction and you will participate in our Springboard Programme. We will work closely with you, helping you settle in to what is an enjoyable, but nonetheless demanding role, by ensuring that from Day 1, we provide you with all the training and coaching necessary to develop you to your full potential.

During the first year, you will have the opportunity to gain a certificate of competence and through performance, will be able to attain Bronze, Silver and Gold levels, which in turn will enable you to reach Senior Negotiator level.
