If you want to be part of the CIS team you need:

Excellent communication
skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
over the telephone. |

Organisational
skills with the ability to prioritise your work
and work under pressure. |

To be able to
work on your own initiative and as part of a team. |
|
Previous industry
experience is desirable, however it is not essential
as full training will be given. |
