Services (CIS) provides general insurance products that
are underwritten by AXA. The products are sold through
the Mortgage Services salesforce based in the Group’s
estate agencies.
CIS Administration Office is based in Northampton and
provides a comprehensive administration service to support
the complete process of dealing with insurance applications
and queries.
Retention of existing customers is of paramount importance
to our business, as is the continued growth of our client
base. These objectives can only be realised through
